Payment Methods

VISA/MasterCard/American Express

You can pay for your products using Visa or MasterCard, both debit and credit cards as long as the Visa or MasterCard symbol is displayed. Do you this system select the option in the payment screen and introduce the number of your credit card and the expiry date. When you use this form of payment the charge to your credit card is only applied in the moment of sending your order, not before.

PayPal

The leading system of on line payment in the world. It is easy to use, fast and secure. If you don't have an account in Paypal and you don\t know the advantages of this payment systems you can sign-up, totally free, clicking on the logo below.


Bank Transfer

If you select this form of payment when you receive confirmation that your order is ready to be sent you must transfer the value of the order from your bank using the banking details that you will receive by email. In the observations section you must put your order number. You should then send an email to billing@switzerwatch.com confirming this and when we have received your payment we will send the order as soon as possible.

Western Union

Western Union is an excelent way to send money and is cheaper then an international bank transfer, above all for transfers outside the European Union. If you select this form of payment when you receive confirmation that your order is ready to be sent you must send us the value of the order from any Western Union office using the details that you will receive by email. You should then send an email to billing@switzerwatch.com confirming this and when we have received your payment we will send the order as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery (Only in Spain)

This service has an additional cost of 4% of the total cost. If you select a Cash on Delivery the messenger will bring your order to your home and cover you the total cost of the items. If you are not at home the transport company will ring you to know at what time you will be there to deliver it to you, likewise if at the time of the first delivery you do not have the money at hand.

Security of your Credit Card payment

The confidentially of your information is guaranteed, both of your personal information as well as the information of your credit card. Payments made with Visa/MasterCard are coded with a secure SSL 128 Bits encryption method on a secure server.




What is a Secure Server?

A Secure Server guarantees you the protection of your information as it crosses the internet. This protection is granted by a protocol called SSL which has the world standard 128Bits encryption. The security is the result of the communication between your navigator (normally Microsoft Explorer or Netscape) and the server both using the same SSL protocol. Every type of browser whether it be Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Mozilla Firebird etc supports this protocol.

How can I know that the server is secure?

When using Netscape a key appears in the bottom-left of the screen, or in the case of Microsoft Explorer a closed lock is shown. It can also be verified that the URL changes from http to https. This is illustrated below.
