SwitzerWatch.com is a rapidly growing dynamic on-line business. To continue our growth the following
position needs to be filled.
Principal Japanese Market.
The goal of SwitzerWatch.com is to have an on-line shop
dedicated specifically to cater for each of our major markets for each of our product offerings.
One of our target markets is Japan. With one of the highest use of internet and technology in the world Japan is key to our
future expansion. The Japanese market is also a curious one with its own brands and tastes. Another key element that make
it a complicated market for European and North American companies is the language difficulty.
To overcome these difficulties we are looking for an energetic, goal orientated, hard working, positive person.
This person must be a self-started, need little supervision, and be extremely focused. He must have strong people skills and leadership capacity.
This person must be native in the language of the target market and have lived there for several years.
Fluent English is obligatory. Spanish is seen as a bonus but is not essential. This person will be
responsible for the design, maintance and localization of the web pages for the specific country
as well the marketing of our brand on the web in the target market.
They will need to be able to relay their ideas to the IT and design departments
and will have excellent people skills. They will have worked at Principal level in other e-commerce or technological
companies and have a proven track record.
The position also requires a certain amount of travel. Salary varies according to experience, but is in the top edge of the market. The position is based in Murcia in the South East of
Spain, just 30 minutes from some of the best beaches in the Europe. Murcia has all the outdoor sporting and social
facilities possible, as well as a host of cultural activities. The city is modern, clean, basically crime free and traffic congestion
is rare. Housing and living expenses are a lot lower then the rest of Europe, and the sun shines
about 250 days a year. The local airport has regular connections to most European countries and is expanding rapidly.
Other benefits offered include medical insurance, moving expenses (if required) and
rapid career advancement. We also offer a commission based on the results of your market.
A European passport or work visa is required. We regret that local legislation does not let us offer one.
Candidates from countries that have specific international agreements related to exchange of workers will
also be considered, these countries include (but not limited to) Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand,
Switzerland and the USA. Other candidates should check with their local Spanish embassy to verify the availability
of a Visa.
This position should be seen as a long term role. The company encourages an inclusive
