SwitzerWatch.com has two ways of shipping your orders in Spain:
If the shipment is to an address within the Spanish peninsula, we use a 24 hour Express delivery agency; all the orders are delivered before 19:00 the day after we notify you that your order has been sent. Only in the more remote parts the delivery can be delayed to 14:00 of the day after.
If the address is in Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla then we use Certified Mail that will arrive to its destination en 2 or 3 days. When we deliver to these areas we do not have to charge taxes (IVA) on the items. There is a possibility that the order will be stopped by the customs and a importation tax applied. The percentage of packages stopped is small and this problem is common in all the companies that export from one tax zone to another. But we feel that it is our responsibility not to present our customers with any surprises.
SwitzerWatch.com also has two forms of delivery for your international orders.
The first way is by Certified Post. The costs and time of this varies depending on where you live and is calculated by the server and shown to you when you are placing your order. This is the most economic way, but it takes longer for the goods to arrive, the approximate delivery times are up to 10 days for all Europe. This method has no tracking number.
The other way is by Nacex Express. Because we have a send a large number of items on a daily basis Nacex have given us a very good offer. Our philosophy is that our business is in selling Swatch, not in making money from postage. Therefore we offer you the same price that Nacex is going to charge us, and as we expand we guarantee that we will pass on all postage saving to you, the end user. Using Nacex the package will arrive in nearly all places in less then 7 days and normally less. This method has a tracking number and you are able to see the progress of your package on the internet at www.nacex.com using your tracking number that we send you. If the package is lost in transit we will be informed instantly and will promptly send you a new watch or refund you your money if the watch is out of stock. Please bear in mind that all shipping times are approximate, and delays can be experienced sometimes in Customs etc. If however your order experiences a delay that can be attributed to Nacex we will refund you the shipping costs.
When we send a watch outside of the European Union we are not required to collect tax on the watch. There is a chance that the packages will be stopped by the customs inspectors of your country and an importation tax added. This tax should be paid by the person recieving the goods. We at SwitzerWatch.com have no control of this and it would impossible for us to know the importation duties of all the countries in the world. Suffice to say that the percentage of packages stopped is relatively small. We also work actively with Nacex studding the situation on a case by case basis. This problem is common with all the companies that export from one tax zone to another. But we feel that it is our responsibility not to present our customers with any possible surprises.
We stand over all of our products and if in a period of 14 days you decide that for any reason you don't like your Swatch product you can return it to us. The product should be unworn and with no sign of ware or damage and still in its box. We regret to inform you that watches that have been modified (for example the adjustment of the strap) cannot be accepted for return or change. In all cases you are responsible for the costs of postage and ensuring that the product arrives to us in a safe way. A declared value for customs should be set at no more then 40 euro.
The steps for a standard return are as follows:
Send a mail to email@example.com asking to change or return the product and we will send you a return code.
Fill in the return form (If you download the form you can fill it before printing).
Send the watch properly wrapped and with all its components, along with the printed form to the following address:

The exchange/refund policy is as follows:
In the case of requesting a first change, the customer will bear the costs resulting from sending us his order, the return shipping costs (including the order change) will be borne by us and will not have an additional cost for the customer Future possible changes, the customer will have to pay for the expenses corresponding to both shipments: round trip). In the case of requesting the return, the customer will bear the costs of sending the order and once the return has been approved the total invoice will be returned, discounting the shipping costs as reflected in the order (being invalidated The possible discounts applied on them).
Resto de Europa:
In case of change or return, both the costs of sending the order, as well as the costs of possible shipping with the change, will be borne by the customer (invalidating any discounts applied on them).
