Welcome to SwitzerWatch.com and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for trusting in us. We hope that you enjoy our content and participate in the forums and in SwatchWorld.

If you register in SwitzerWatch.com as a Swatcher you can buy in our unique online shop and order all your favourite products from the comfort of your home.
About our on-line shop:

1. Search Products
Our catalogue of products is divided into the different Swatch categories that you can find in the menu item “Shopping”. This enables you to find the products that interest you. You can go browsing in the individual categories or search a specific item in the top half of the screen.

2. What happens if you do not find what you are looking for?
We have contacts with suppliers both at national and international level. We have the latest collections as well as access to lists of discontinued Swatch products world wide.
If the product exists we can get it.
Send a mail to sales@switzerwatch.com, detailing the name or reference of the product and all other relevant details. We will inform you as soon as possible about the cost and how much time it will take to get the product for you.

3. Ordering:
Buying at SwitzerWatch.com is simple.
In the list of products there is an option to add the item to the Shopping Cart or find our more detailed information, such as photos, descriptions, characteristics, etc. about the product.
The button to see your shopping cart is always visible in the top right hand corner of the page. Here you can see the sum of all the products added to your cart. When you have filled your cart with all your desired products you then only have to click on the button “Checkout”, select the way you want to send your package and the method of paying for it.
Once your order is accepted you will receive an email confirming the order with all the details of your purchase.
Once our Sales Department verifies the order they will process it as soon as possible. Your order will normally be sent within 24 hours of its reception (in the case of products with an availability of 24 hours). If there is a problem with the availability of the stock or with your personal details we will contact you in order to find a solution.
Once the order is sent you will receive and email confirming that you package is in the air. Enjoy it!
You can also see information about your orders by entering in you account using the button “My Account” at the top-left of the screen. To access this you will need your email address and the password that you entered when you created the account.
From here you can revise the state of your orders, check the details and communicate to us any problems that you might have.
